I am a strong, courageous and powerful woman, with a

go-get(her) AT-TI-TUDE! I am originally from Chesapeake, VA, a military spouse and mother of 3 brilliant boys and 1 gifted girl.

I’ve used my background in nursing to deliver hands-on patient care and build programs in Corporate America for our most vulnerable populations. Speaking as a panelist and guest speaker at Enterprise wide conferences reminded me of my passion of giving back and pouring into others, a feeling that had once been suppressed.

As a certified lifestyle coach, I combine my faith and nursing skills to help others discover their journey to greatness. I am allergic to mediocrity and therefore passionate about empowering others. As a podcast host, I’ve been able to share my heart globally and I look forward to inspiring you as well.
